The @asgthing  was founded by director Pedro M. Afonso, who included me as co-Creative Director and Daniel Marques as Director of Photography. In addition to these roles, we also perform all other functions necessary to complete each project, with me mainly taking on the roles of screenwriter or copywriter, graphic or motion designer and, occasionally, editor.

 

Together, we produce independent content, designed especially for online platforms. We made two webseries and, this year, we released a music video in partnership with shoegaze band Summer of Hate.

 

As part of our visual identity, I designed our logo and its animation, which are present in all projects, and created bumpers using archive material to better establish our online presence:
