If we met in an elevator and I only had ten seconds to pitch myself, I'd tell you I sold my first television series at age 23. I have professional experience in Film, Television, and Advertising. Creative writing is a particular passion of mine, regardless of the field. And yet, I have never aspired to be treated as an
AUTHOR.
I don't think the ideas that pop into my head should be tied to my hands. I want them to circulate, to take on accents that aren't my own. I insist that my creative process remains collaborative. That's when I work best, creating stories that come to life through community. And it's not just about creating. I also excel at bringing out the best in other people's stories.
Education
2020
I completed my degree in Audiovisual Communication Technology at ESMAD, IPP.
2021
I completed my postgraduate degree in Screenwriting at the same institution.
2024
I presented the paper AI as Mythmaker at the XIII AIM International Congress, the result of research initiated in an academic context.
2025
I presented, with director Pedro M. Afonso, the lecture Mas afinal, faz-se Cinema em Portugal? at Barcelinhos Secondary School, a session coordinated as part of Portugal's National Film Plan.
Creative Experience
2021
I took part in the MDOC's Plano Frontal initiative, where I directed and edited the short documentary film Até ao Amanhecer.
2022
I co-created the comedy webseries Peace, Limited. with Pedro M. Afonso.
A proof-of-concept was produced, written and edited by me, and directed by Afonso.
2023
I wrote the independent horror short film Maelstrom, directed by Pedro M. Afonso.
I also served as Art Coordinator and Editor.
The short film was an Official Selection at the 2023 edition of MOTELX.
I co-wrote the feature-length drama Jean Sem Medo with Pedro M. Afonso, who is set to direct it.
The script was selected for the PT-COPROD category of the Guiões festival in 2023.
The film is currently in development with the production company Agente a Norte.
I co-created the drama series Crude with Pedro M. Afonso.
The series is currently in development with production company HOP! Films, to be directed by Henrique Oliveira.
Its writing and development was supported by the Portuguese Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual.
2024
I provided script consulting services for the dramatic short film Consolatio, directed by Pedro M. Afonso and produced by OPTEC.
I participated in the Ageas Portugal Group's Histórias Seguras initiative, where I wrote the script for the video Caminhos Cruzados.
As a Screenplay Consultant, I participated in the Industry Panel at FEST - Pitching Forum.

I collaborated with the audiovisual production company HOP! Films as a Development Consultant, providing creative writing, copywriting, and graphic design services.
2024
I collaborated with the brand consulting agency Mojobrands as a Creative Thinker, providing conceptualisation, creative writing and copywriting services for various Portuguese brands.
2025
I collaborated with the digital marketing agency Bastarda as a Copywriter and Social Media Manager, providing social media management services for the election campaign of a municipal politician with around 13k followers on Instagram and 22k on Facebook.
